Nature of Digital Services
FixByt provides specialized digital services such as Google Ads Management, GMB Creation and Optimization, SEO, Website Development, Social Media Management, Branding, Content Writing, and Business Audit and Consultation. These services involve time, expertise, strategy, tools, and execution. Due to the nature of digital work, once a service is initiated, FixByt immediately begins investing resources, which is why refunds are not offered unconditionally.
Mandatory Business Audit Requirement
Before starting any paid service, FixByt conducts a Business Audit to evaluate your business, identify opportunities, and create a personalized strategy. Refund eligibility applies only when the full audit is completed, and the recommended strategy has been executed without interruption. If you prevent the team from implementing any part of the strategy outlined during the audit, refund eligibility automatically becomes invalid.
Conditions for Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only when FixByt fails to generate any measurable results despite full cooperation, correct access, and complete implementation of the audit-based strategy. Refund eligibility requires that you provide all necessary logins, use the recommended budget, approve required actions on time, and allow our team to work without restrictions. If all these conditions are fully met and still no measurable results are produced, you may request a refund.
Conditions Where Refunds Are Not Provided
FixByt does not offer refunds if you restrict, block, delay, or interfere with the execution of the recommended strategy. Refunds are not granted when you refuse to provide required access, reduce the recommended budget, delay approvals, override our strategies, stop campaigns prematurely, or change the terms after service initiation. Any form of client-related obstruction or non-cooperation immediately voids refund eligibility. Refunds are also not provided for work already completed, third-party tool charges, or platform-related issues outside FixByt’s control.
Partial Refunds
FixByt does not issue partial refunds for services already delivered, time spent, audits performed, strategy work, ongoing campaigns, or any portion of completed service tasks. Once project resources have been allocated or work has begun, partial refunds are not applicable.
Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, you must contact FixByt via official email and provide your project details, proof of cooperation, and a clear explanation of the issue. Our team will review your request, evaluate performance data, check access history, and verify whether all refund eligibility criteria were met. Refund decisions are communicated after a full review and are considered final.
Processing Time
Once approved, refunds may take 7 to 14 business days to process, depending on bank policies and payment gateways. FixByt is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems.
No Refund on Change of Mind
FixByt does not offer refunds if you change your mind, decide to discontinue services voluntarily, switch to another agency, or alter your business priorities. Refunds are strictly performance-based and not preference-based.
