As a digital agency, our services may be updated, expanded, or modified at any time based on operational decisions and evolving industry standards.
Business Audit Requirement
Before beginning any paid service, FixByt conducts a mandatory Business Audit. This audit helps us understand your existing marketing structure, performance gaps, required strategies, and budget expectations. Once the Business Audit is completed, you are required to allow FixByt to implement the strategies exactly as recommended. Restricting or blocking our team from performing required tasks may directly affect your results.
Mandatory Implementation of Strategy
Once the Audit results are shared, you agree that FixByt must execute the strategy as outlined. If you prevent, delay, or interfere with any part of the recommended strategy, FixByt will not be responsible for any lack of results. Any such interference automatically voids your eligibility for refunds or performance-based claims. Achieving results requires full cooperation and uninterrupted implementation of the strategy defined in the audit.
Client Responsibilities
As a FixByt client, you agree to provide accurate business information, full access to required platforms (such as Google Ads, GMB, website backend, email accounts, and other relevant tools), and timely approvals. You also agree not to change, override, or block our strategies during the execution process. Failure to provide necessary access or cooperation may result in delays, performance issues, or loss of refund eligibility.
Results Disclaimer
FixByt uses proven industry practices and professional strategies to generate leads, traffic, conversions, and other measurable outcomes. However, results may vary depending on budget, competition, industry behavior, platform changes, and market conditions. While we work with a performance-focused approach, no agency can guarantee fixed sales numbers, income amounts, or exact results. You will be eligible for a refund only if FixByt fails to produce any measurable results despite having full access, complete cooperation, proper budget usage, and accurate implementation of the strategy as per the Business Audit.
Refund Policy and Eligibility
Refunds are granted only under specific conditions. A refund is applicable solely when the audit is completed, required access has been provided, recommended strategies have been fully implemented, the advised budget has been used, no restrictions were imposed, and despite all these factors, no measurable results were achieved. Refunds will not be provided if you refuse access, block or delay tasks, interfere with strategies, reduce recommended budgets, prematurely stop campaigns, or violate any part of these Terms & Conditions.
Payment & Billing Terms
All service payments must be made in advance. Paying for a service confirms that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. FixByt reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services due to late, partial, or missing payments. Service timelines begin only after the full payment and necessary access have been provided.
Intellectual Property Rights
All strategies, creatives, content, frameworks, and marketing materials produced by FixByt remain the intellectual property of FixByt unless stated otherwise in a written agreement. You are not permitted to copy, modify, or redistribute our materials or strategies without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
FixByt is not responsible for loss of revenue, market changes, platform updates, client-side errors, or failures caused by third-party services or tools. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service. We do not provide compensation beyond the agreed service cost.
Termination of Services
FixByt reserves the right to terminate services if you violate these Terms, misuse platforms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activities. In such cases, no refunds will be issued. FixByt also holds the right to refuse service to clients who repeatedly delay tasks or refuse to cooperate.
Modifications to Terms
FixByt may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is the client’s responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
